This place is a joke! The massage therapist (if you can even call her that) was awful! It was the laziest massage I have ever received. She didn’t work out any knots in my back, I asked for more pressure and it never changed, I get a better massage in the pedicure chair. The facial was just as bad! I have never received a facial in the past where they never touch your neck or décolletage. She stopped at my jaw. Hot towels were applied more than facial products and the lymphatic massage was nonexistent! The blow out was also a joke! She turned me around when she was done and I looked like I just rolled out of bed! She complimented my haircut and when I told her I was a hairstylist, she pulled the blow dryer and brush back out and smoothed out her sub par blowout. Are these women even qualified?!? The girl who did my pedicure was very nice and did a very good job. I was supposed to come here to relax, but left more tense knowing the services performed were not executed appropriately. I will never come to this “spa” again and I spent over $300 for these services in one day! These women need more training and continuing education!
